This would just be remote controlled vehicle operation. Video or not. True robotics is pre-programmed autonomous activity of the robot, with the possible addition of some sort of artificial intelligence and capability to react and modify behavior with a learning capacity. Radio is not involved in an autonomous robot, except perhaps the telemetry that could be added. But, it is still not in the truest sense of "amateur radio", about RADIO technology.
